Our relationship with Working Fields is essential to our successful operation. The program helps with reentry for the participants and aids in our production/shipping needs. It is a win/win situation for which we are grateful. 

I really didn't think I was going to be having this kind of success before I started. This is a program that doesn't just put you in the right direction. They help steer and guide you. And I think that was what kept me pushing forward is that even though I wanted to give up, no one else did.

It's an additional resource. It's not just another avenue of the temp staffing model... I've got an EAP I don't have to really pay for.

It was huge to be able to talk to somebody at Working Fields, have them treat me like a human being, and connect me with companies who were willing to give me a chance.

Rhino Foods has been very fortunate to partner with Working Fields for the past several years. We firmly believe that everyone deserves a second, and sometimes a third chance and Mickey and his company have been instrumental in helping us find people that are looking for that chance. We are proud to have several associates as full-time workers at Rhino!

If it wasn't for Working Fields, I really don't know how I would have gotten a job and a second chance to get my life together and reunite with my family.
