HELPING YOU GET
A SECOND CHANCE

Wherever you are in your recovery, if you are ready to commit to a new opportunity and willing to do what it takes to establish yourself as a dedicated and trusted employee, we’d love to help you get your second chance.

HOW IT WORKS
1

INTERVIEW

We meet and review what work you want to do, what you can do, and what you have done in the past. We talk honestly about where you are in your recovery. We need to ensure you are serious about your recovery, so that we can represent to employers that you are ready to show up and suit up!
2

JOB CANDIDATE SUBMISSION

When we’ve found a good match we submit you as a candidate for one of our open positions, or connect with our employers to find one.

3

ASSOCIATE ON ASSIGNMENT

Whether temporary or temp-to-hire, you will be an employee of Working Fields while on assignment. The assignment could be for a defined timeframe, an open-ended timeframe, or turn into a full-time position.
4

ONGOING SUPPORT

Once placed in a position, a Recovery Coach will be assigned to you. Weekly meetings are required as a condition of employment. This allows us to provide support, resources, and accountability, and to ensure to our employer partners that you continue to be stable in recovery.

PERFORMANCE EVALUATION

Placements may turn into permanent employment.
