OUR METHOD OF
SUCCESS

We thoroughly vet and match each associate for placement. We assess not only their skills, but their progress in recovery, and only place candidates who we strongly believe are prepared for the requirements of the job. Throughout their placement, associates commit to receiving support and accountability from our staff, who are trained in a Recovery Coaching model.

HOW IT WORKS
While we do things quite differently behind the scenes to assess and support our associates, the practical experience—for employers—of using Working Fields to fill a job opening is similar to many staffing agencies or temp agencies.

POSITION AVAILABILITY

Employers identify a position they need filled on a temporary or temp-to-permanent basis.

CANDIDATE SUBMISSION

Working Fields identifies and submits for consideration an individual who would be a good fit.

JOB ASSIGNMENT

If the employer accepts the candidate, our associate becomes a formal employee of Working Fields placed on assignment. The associate is on Working Fields’ payroll and we invoice the employer weekly for their services.

EMPLOYER OPPORTUNITY

Employees placed in temp-to-permanent positions are available to be hired directly when employers feel confident in their placement.
