JOB PLACEMENT
Once a candidate is placed, they start the position on our
payroll. They receive wraparound services from our staff, like
weekly peer coaching and account management, throughout
the placement. We handle all the details – like onboarding,
worker’s compensation, and taxes – and act as your team’s
employment support.
