SEE THE MISSION BEHIND OUR STAFFING AND PEER SUPPORT SERVICES

We believe everyone deserves a chance.

Working Fields is a staffing agency with a unique peer support model born from our founder’s experience in socially responsible business, recovery, and incarceration.

We work with any motivated jobseeker to fill entry-level and senior positions for employers across Vermont, New Hampshire, and Massachusetts. Jobseekers receive ongoing support via peer coaching and strong account management. We also work closely with community organizations to provide necessary resources or referrals.

Our mission-driven approach promotes equitable hiring practices, long-term retention, and diverse, inclusive workplaces. Together with our partners, we provide everyone the opportunity for employment.

WHO WE ARE     CONTACT US

Rhino Foods has been very fortunate to partner with Working Fields for the past several years. We firmly believe that everyone deserves a second, and sometimes a third chance and Mickey and his company have been instrumental in helping us find people that are looking for that chance. We are proud to have several of Mickey’s associates as full-time workers at Rhinos!

Everybody deserves a second chance. If I didn’t get one, then I’d be unemployed right now and on the street... It was huge to be able to talk to somebody at Working Fields, have them treat me like a human being, and connect me with companies who were willing to give me a chance.
