We believe recovery is possible and everyone deserves a second chance.

Working Fields is a mission-driven staffing agency that works for associates and employers alike. We place dedicated associates in a wide variety of industries and roles throughout Vermont in Chittenden, Franklin, Addison, Washington and Rutland counties.

Our associates are reliable and committed. Primarily individuals in recovery from substance use addiction, our associates are thoroughly vetted, carefully matched to jobs, and receive ongoing support in a unique peer coaching model. Because of our associates’ commitment to their future, they are highly motivated to get back on track. Peer coaching sets our associates up for successful employment because we support all aspects of their recovery.

Together, Working Fields partners with employers to give our associates the opportunity for a second chance.

Rhino Foods has been very fortunate to partner with Working Fields for the past several years. We firmly believe that everyone deserves a second, and sometimes a third chance and Mickey and his company have been instrumental in helping us find people that are looking for that chance. We are proud to have several of Mickey’s associates as full-time workers at Rhinos!
