Working Fields is proud to share our first benefit report with our community. This report, which we will publish annually as a Vermont Benefit Corporation, provided us the space to reflect on our mission, work, and impact in 2021 and beyond. 

Last year brought significant change for Working Fields. We placed 265 people in jobs, partnered with 62 employers, opened 3 new offices, rolled out 2 van programs, developed company values, and more than doubled the size of our internal team.
