Welcome Joe!

With over 20 years of experience in sales, marketing, and management, Joe joins Working Fields as our new Massachusetts-based Business Develpoment Manager. He is also a founding team member and 10-year Program Manager of “My Father’s House,” a men’s transitional living home offering direct care, support, and counseling to individuals who are displaced or without housing, and seeking life change.

Drawn to Working Fields by our core focus to “help, encourage, and support those that are striving for that positive change, and to help them find hope and purpose by attaining stable and secure employment,” Joe’s mix of personal and professional experience make him an ideal fit for his new role. “No matter what I find myself doing, I feel that I’m at my best when I can connect with people on a real level; when I can be an influence for someone to see themselves inside of a greater purpose and to be an advocate for hope and change.”

Joe calls Massachusetts home and loves every moment he can spend with his incredible and supportive family. You can reach out to welcome Joe from our staff page here.
