Kasandra comes to Working Fields with over ten years of experience in support roles within the medical, insurance, and finance fields. Her drive in any position she’s held is to create a supportive and positive experience with all persons and customers she’s served. As a person who has worked hard to overcome struggles with substance use, Kasandra’s lived experience combined with her professional skills make her a great addition to the Maine team. Kasandra is giving back to a community that supported her when she needed it most by offering recovery coaching as a State of Maine Registered Recovery Coach and hopes to continue to touch the lives of as many people who are struggling with substance use related issues as possible.

While outside of work, Kasandra is invested in “making each day count” and making memories with her two teenage daughters. She is an avid traveler and enjoys exploring new cultures, foods, and music. Kasandra is both thrilled and excited to join the Working Fields team and is anxious to support the Lewiston/Auburn community!
