Meet Meghan! Meghan is our Finance and Admin Manager and has been with Working Fields for three years. 

“What drew me to Working Fields was a desire to work for a socially responsible business that really integrated values into the way it does business,” said Meghan. Her dedication to aligning the company’s mission with daily operations has made her an integral part of the team.

In addition to her responsibilities as Finance and Admin Manager, Meghan is also the Chair of our Values Committee. For Meghan, integrating values into everyday work is crucial: “It’s not just that there’s a social purpose and that we’re doing meaningful work, it’s having the way we work also aligned with values that’s been really important to me.” Leading the Values Committee allows her to foster a workplace that doesn’t just talk about its principles but lives them.

Meghan is a deeply committed team member who cares not only about the company’s mission but also about the people it serves and her fellow team members. “I love being able to work with my colleagues who are all passionate about what we’re doing and how the business is run,” said Meghan. “Everyone really cares about how the business is doing, the people we’re helping, and the way that work gets done.”

Outside of work, you can often find Meghan at the climbing gym or enjoying a book at a local coffee shop.
