TESS CHAMPOUX

Tess has worked in staffing for over 15 years, and loves to help people find stability in their lives and work they enjoy. She has been with Working Fields since December 2022, and was drawn to this work after being in "traditional staffing" for many years and seeing how people with barriers were often passed over for jobs.

Tess has dealt with addiction and recovery through personal and professional connections, and brings an open mind and compassionate heart to her work. She lives in Greenfield, Massachusetts, with her 8 year old son and two cats.
