CHELSEA BARDOT LEWIS

As the CEO of Working Fields, Chelsea Bardot Lewis leads with a deep commitment to social justice and equitable economic opportunity. She joined the company as COO in 2021 and has been instrumental in building an intentional culture based on a set of actively held company values. During her time as COO, Working Fields successfully raised over $2 million in equity capital and doubled revenue within three years. Chelsea’s expertise in impact investing and social enterprise was honed at the Vermont Community Foundation, where she contributed to advancing the Foundation’s place-based mission investment portfolio. Prior to this, she led the Business Development Section at the Vermont Agency of Agriculture, gaining an understanding of the power and limitations of government, as well as policy making and the legislative process. She lives in Waterbury, VT with her partner Nate and two energetic and curious boys, Jack and Will.
