South Burlington, VT, January 20, 2021 - Working Fields, a mission-driving staffing agency, is pleased to announce the hiring of Chelsea Bardot Lewis as its first Chief Operating Officer. After four years of rapid growth, Working Fields is expanding its leadership team to meet demand throughout Vermont and beyond.

Lewis joins Working Fields from the Vermont Community Foundation, where she advanced the Foundation’s mission investments and economic development grantmaking. She represented the Foundation on the Boards of the High Meadows Fund and High Mowing Seeds. Previously, she led the Business Development section at the Vermont Agency of Agriculture. Lewis has served on the Working Fields Advisory Board since its inception. She lives in Waterbury with her family.
