We work with anyone to provide job placements and free peer coaching. Referrals from our community are the most effective way to identify individuals who could benefit from our services.

Ted came back to Vermont after 15 years and had to start over in a big way.

It wasn't just housing and a job, though those were top priorities — it was trusting people after experiencing incarceration, and trusting himself as an alcoholic.
